Ciera McKeever
Ciera is an experienced event manager with special expertise in relationship building, operations support, and senior management interfacing. She currently supports the Nuclear Smuggling Detection and Deterrence (NSDD) Training, Workshops and Exercises (TWX). In her role she provides technical expertise in building partnerships across multiple business units within PNNL, Department of Energy, NNSA, and with subcontractors and international business associates.
Since joining PNNL, Ciera has managed several successful in-person, hybrid, and virtual events for Program for both International Nuclear Security (PINS) and NSDD. She acts as TOR for logistics contracts, develops cost estimates, and manages scope, schedule, and budget for each event she manages. Prior to joining PNNL Ciera served as an operations specialist for Washington River Protection Solutions where she provided trend analysis and reporting to senior management as a DOE contractor. She is also involved with a number of community organizations, including volunteering for Days for Girls, Free Mom Hugs, and 2nd Harvest.
Ciera has a Master of Business Administration and Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Human Resources from Western Governors University.
