Jennie McGarrigan

Jennie is a Financial Coordinator III at Pacific Northwest National Laboratory (PNNL), where she supports over 80 active projects through strategic coordination, cost tracking, deliverable management, and process improvement. Her work spans budget monitoring, proposal processing, SharePoint site administration, and the development of Power BI dashboards—ensuring projects stay compliant, on schedule, and aligned with program objectives. 

With over 15 years of experience supporting state and federal agencies, she brings deep expertise in accounting, operations, and cross-functional team support. Her strengths lie in problem-solving, forward-thinking analysis, and a passion for learning new systems and processes. Whether juggling tasks in a fast-paced setting or training team members, she is known for being highly organized, dependable, and quick to adapt. Her career has included key roles in child services, transportation, and customer service—providing her with a well-rounded skill set and a solid foundation in public service. 

She holds a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in Management and Leadership from Western Governors University, along with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with an emphasis in Accounting from the University of Alaska Southeast. 

She is a recent participant of the PMI PMP Bootcamp in March 2025, and is excited about opportunities that allow her to contribute to meaningful missions and bring forward new ideas.
