Your PMI CRB Chapter Board is pleased to continue its efforts for the 2019/20 Program Year to enhance and provide value to the membership by offering Monthly Chapter Meetings & Education Sessions. 


4:30 - 5:30 p.m. - "Cyber Security for Project Management Professionals" presented by Shayne VanDyke from PNNL


5:30 - 6:00 p.m. - Networking and Social Time
6:00 - 6:30 p.m. - Dinner
6:30 - 7:30 p.m. “The History of the Hanford Site"  presented by Rochelle Juette & Dieter Bohrmann from CH2M HILL


Shayne VanDyke is from Pacific Northwest National Lab. He has spent the last three years helping manage the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) Defense Nuclear Non-proliferation Cybersecurity Support Team. He also manages programs for his Lab with the US Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency. He also currently manages projects at his lab to increase the efficiency of IT vulnerability remediation. Before this, he worked with numerous partner countries as a Sustainability Manager and for the Nuclear Security Smuggling and Detection Office of the NNSA. He also has spent much of his career working in process improvement, change management, training, and human performance. Shayne began his career administering web crawlers and sun servers for a .com startup in the late 90s.


Rochelle Juette is a communications specialist for CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company (CHPRC), a contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Hanford Site. Rochelle supports internal communication efforts for CHPRC, including the weekly newsletter, monthly videos, CHPRC social media accounts, and community outreach. Rochelle previously was the web content specialist for the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Nuclear Waste Program in Richland and was a senior communications specialist at Washington Closure Hanford. Rochelle has a master’s degree from Gonzaga University in Communication and Leadership and has more than 14 years of experience on the Hanford Site.

Dieter Bohrmann is a senior communications specialist for CH2M HILL Plateau Remediation Company, a contractor for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Hanford Site. Dieter supports various internal and external communications efforts for the Hanford cleanup mission, including social media, stakeholder relations, and public outreach. Dieter previously supported public affairs for the U.S. Department of Energy’s Office of River Protection and was a communications manager for the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Nuclear Waste Program in Richland. He has a journalism degree from Western Washington University in Bellingham and worked for over 10 years as an editor at the Tri-City Herald newspaper in Kennewick before coming to Hanford.



As always, a No Host Bar will be available during the Networking.
