2017 Project of the Year

The 2017 Project of the Year Awards Gala was held on February 23, 2017, to recognize and honor project teams for superior performance and execution of exemplary project management for projects completed in 2016.

We were pleased to welcome over 90 project managers, project team members, executive level managers and their guests to the event, which for the first time was held at the Richland Community Center.

The 2017 Project of the Year Award went to the AP Farm Ventilation Upgrades Project - Project Manager:  Del Scott, PMP, Lead Nominator:  Brad Bricker, and the project team from Washington River Protection Solutions.  The Peoples' Choice Award, which was selected by ballot during the Gala following presentations of each project, was also awarded to the AP Farm Ventilation Upgrades Project.

2016 Project of the Year

The 2016 Project of the Year Awards Gala was held on March 3, 2016 to recognize and honor project teams for superior performance and execution of exemplary project management for projects completed in 2015.

We had a packed house with over 160 project managers, project team members, executive level managers, and project management students from Columbia Basin College.

The Project of the Year Award went to the Implementation of a Chemical Safety and Security Framework for Iraq Project - Project Manager:  Dr. Kabrena Rodda, PMP, and her project team from Pacific Northwest National Laboratory.

The 2015 Project of the Year Awards Gala was held on March 5, 2015 to recognize and honor project teams for superior performance and execution of exemplary project management for projects completed in 2014. 

We had a packed house with over 150 project managers, project team members, executive level managers, and project management students from Columbia Basin College.
